Dear Lord thank you for another day and for us being able to come before you with our requests. First we would like to

thank you for being who you are, always loving and always willing to receive us no matter what we have done or how we

have treated you. Thank you for your mercifulness and kindness towards us. Lord we thank you for the many 

provisions you have given to us and for allowing us to just see another day. Lord today we come before you on behalf of

the homeless and those who are need of your assistance this day. Lord as we approach Thanksgiving we have many things to

be thankful for and we would just like you to remember those who are homeless and provide a warm meal for them too. Let

them not be left out in the cold this winter. Lord please motivate the hearts of those who are able to give to assist

those who are in need. Lord we pray that you will provide for the homeless and allow them to have food, clothing and

shelter always. Please intervene in the current economic situation so that there will be more funding available to

assist the homeless as well as job opportunities for them as well. Help the homeless to get back on their feet. Restore

their pride and give them a sense of self-worth. Help them to feel comforted, loved and cared for. Help them to know

that everything will be alright if they just put it in your hands and do their part as well. We pray all of these things

in your precious holy son Jesus' name. Amen.
