GOAL 1
INCREASE WINNING SOULS FOR CHRIST
OBJECTIVES

Create and conduct an Evangelism Class (Steward
Board)

Schedule two community events (Leadership Team)

Men’s fellowship to schedule four community
parking lot events.
(Sing along, walks, etc.)

Class leaders to set timetable to work with class
to determine how each class
member can increase church membership.

Designate committed persons to attend Action in
Montgomery activities.
GOAL 2
INCREASE THE PRAYER LIFE OF THE CHURCH AND CHURCH FAMILY
OBJECTIVES
GOAL 3
INCREASE TITHES AND OFFERINGS
OBJECTIVES

Stewards to create and implement one tithing
project.

Pastor to include tithing in at least four sermons
during year.

Ensure that all members participate in review of
financial report.
GOAL 4
INCREASE BIBLE STUDY AND CHURCH SCHOOL ATTENDANCE
OBJECTIVES

Begin Church School on
time as a top Sunday morning priority.

Ensure that material for
each class is available.

Evaluate if Thursday is
still best day for Bible Study.

Ensure that transportation
is available for anyone needing a ride to Bible Study.

DEVELOP NEW STRATEGIES FOR ST. JUDE EXPANSION
MINISTRY
OBJECTIVES

Sister Linda Ogundipe to explore implement nursing
home ministry.

Young People to develop two new ministries (e.g.,
Young adult choir, young adult Bible Study)
-
Update and revise the St. Jude web site.
